Whew! Long hard workout, but I was feeling so much better!

Was hoping to hit 8:15 for Interval Pace --- did not quite hit that, but still was much faster than prior weeks and even at the faster interval pace ... and doing the workout on tired legs (after 20 mile run Sunday)... I felt pretty darn good.

The GRP section went really well. Our first lap was a little slow, but other than that, we did really well and hit our paces.

Was very surprised on the final 2 interval laps ... wasnt sure how much energy and leg strength I'd have left ... and really surprised myself!
