Encouraging run! I did the first mile super slow -- was feeling tired and creaky. Probably averaged about 11:20ish? At mile 2, I started feeling better, so I increased speed and played around with doing faster speeds for a minute, then back slower for a minute, sometimes added some incline, etc. By the third mile, I was feeling really good. I did the first half of the last mile at about a 10:00 pace, then did the last half mile between 9:00 and 9:30. Progress!
