Workout: 3 miles easy, one hour at GRP, rest easy
Nice workout today. Legs felt better today, still a little sore from strength work on Friday, but not as bad as yesterday. Feels pretty encouraging that I could pull out a 1 hour @ GRP (or even a little faster) with not too much effort on slightly sore legs at the end of the 3rd 60 mile week in a row.
