Notes
This was a really solid run .... but man, I am expecting to be really sore tomorrow! I felt kind of like you feel at the end of a race with really tired legs for the last few miles. But -- even though they were tired -- it still felt doable.
I did the workout portion a little too slow -- forgot to look at the exact paces! And I couldve done the faster paces too. That said, I did the whole run on the really hill loops, so extra credit there! i wish my elevation would show up right -- its all wonky on here and my Garmin. It's really rolling and hilly!
