Kind of goofed on my first interval --- I started to run and immediately ran into 3 sand cranes in the path! I thought i hit pause on my watch, so I could walk up to them and kind of shoo them to the side so i could go by, but I apparently hit lap. The rest of the workout went well. My elevation map didnt work good again here.
The intervals that are slower = I was going up a hill!
