Supposed to be.... 2.7 mile warm up
Set 1: 3' at 100 rpm, 2' 110 rpm, 1' 120 rpm then 5' rest
Set 2: 1m for 0.4 mile
Then 2.7ish cooldown
Didnt quite hit either set but I trie dmy best. Tried to hit my lap button t capture it all, but wasnt exact .. harder to monitor time when biking! Also hard to hit the paces/rpms with the streets and traffic and other bikers and pedestrians. Also just couldnt quite get to the 24mph needed to do the 0.4 mile in 1m.
