wasn't overly optimistic at the start of this that I could get down to tempo. It was just one of those days where my legs were heavy and energy not super high and GRP felt like all I could do. But ... I surprised myself and after the first 3 miles (which were just a tad under GRP), I managed to get down to tempo for the last 3. I guess if I could only hit tempo for 3 of the 6, better that they were the last 3!
