Felt pretty decent during the run itself, but my leg was a little sore this morning and after the run. I think I overdid it yesterday - because i felt fine during the run yesterday, I didnt run them conservatively as planned and Im paying the price today. At least until this thing is healed up, I need to be conservative on the short/fast workouts. The Tempo/GRP stuff doesnt seem to bother me - I was fine after Sunday's run. At least my legs felt fine during the run itself!
