weird run. I felt fine during the warmup and cooldown miles... my pace was pretty decent and I didnt feel overly tired or sluggish. Not my most energetic, no, but ok. But during the 12x30 -- I just could not get any turnover going. I'd start running what felt like "hard" and 20-25 seconds in, I'd look down at my watch and I'd be in the 9s still. I think I only got down around 730 a couple times, and I really had to push for it. I guess it could have been worse, it's that tired week of the month again. At least I felt ok on the rest of the run.
