Found a new hill to do this workout on. It's a bit steeper than the Horse Hill but not on a busy-ish street and not as much in people's backyards. It's kind of a U -- you go down the steeper part then it flattens out and then goes back up, but not as steep. Thought maybe I'd alternate sides if the steeper one felt too hard, but I felt really good. Legs felt a lot more recovered today.
RA is showing my hills a bit slower than Garmin did. Garmin had my first ones in the 730-740 range, with my fastest one at 6:45
