workout: 5 miles easy, 8x100m w/100m recovery
Overall, legs felt really good again today. A little slow on my first interval -- only because I was confused by my watch screen and slowed way down halfway through (I thought I had programmed my watch wrong, but I hadnt). Times for the intervals are a bit faster than RA is showing. According to Garmin, my fastest was a 6:13 pace.
A little concerned I overdid it, my calf felt a little sore after. But not anything horrible, just some vague achiness. It's been feeling a lot better. I'm going to ice it and wear my compression sleeves etc today just to be on the safe side.
