Did the first 4.5ish easy, then started pushing the pace. Got a bit too aggressive .... and paid for it in the last 2 miles. Well, the paces look fine for the last 2 miles but I struggled mightily mentally and kept stopping. I'd run 0.25 and then stop. I'd then tell myself to suck it up and keep going --- so then i'd start up again, and would think "ok, just hold on for another mile" and then promptly stop again. I didnt feel overly great, but I wasnt in horrible shape either physically. Just couldnt hold it together mentally for some reason. Probably should have just slowed it down a bit :)
