800m race at Penfield Summer Track meet. Brian Suhr was there and I just keyed off him and tried to come through the first lap a few seconds behind him. Not sure what my first 400m was, but probably 65ish. I slowed down a lot on the second lap and my arms started to tingle about 500m in. Dave was on the backstretch and yelled at me, which helped. I passed a kid around 650m in and tried to catch Suhr but he was too far ahead and I was tying up. Happy to run a PR and be able to cut my hair!
