Notes

AIM: Easy jog (MHR 120). Warm up properly so no spikes.

ACTUAL: Warmed up easily for 15 mins. Legs felt v. tired. No matter what I couldn't stop HR from going high, so just decided to run at normal pace. Felt awful!. Nose blocked, so hoping not coming down with something. Also, didn't drink before running so was probably dehydrated!
