AIM: HR < 142 throughout & < 130 for M1-5
Actual: Struggled to keep HR < 130 from start of M4...settled with 135'ish for M4-5
Then got pissed off & decided to let my body determine the rate, so I speeded up (I thought)
Time for M6-10 a lot slower than it felt
Splits: 9:34, 9:58, 10:47, 10:55, 9:21
