Aim: z2 40 mins
Had to run fast to get into z2 for M1
Still quite fast for M2 too.
Mid way thry M3 HRM goes haywire & HR 170-200 range.
Changed batteries, tried to get better contact...but to no avail.
M4 tried to keep HR down...couldn't
M5-6 ignored the HR for rest of way
Legs felt tired for M3-6.
Splits: 7:24, 7:44, 9:34 (1.15 miles => 8:32 / mile), 10:23 (trying get HR back to z2 but failed), 7:58, 8:29
Recovery approx 35 mins.
