Notes

AIM: Easy jog - Did the route in reverse (so Wilford Hill at the end).

ACTUAL: Legs stiff after Friday's workouts. Set off at v.easy pace & tried to gradually increase without overdoing it.

Pushed harder up the hill (at the end) & harder still last 1M (down the hill).
