Notes

AIM: Easy run.

ACTUAL: M1 felt easy at 8:00 pace. Decided to keep going at around this pace. M2 & M3 not too bad, but starting to feel like hard work in M4 etc. So decided, since I'm only just getting over a cold, I'd take the last 1.5M fairly easy.

Breathing: Trying to breath using stomach, i.e. deeper breathing.

Cadence: Seem to be on a 3:3 or a 2:2 breathing cadence (when going faster, or when more tired), which puts more stress on one leg. Need to do the occasional 3:2 to switch legs.

Summary: At least I can still run 10k after being ill.
