Notes

AIM: Easy jog. Not really in the mood & legs stiff after deadlifting yesterday. Also, cracked rib so breathing painful.

ACTUAL: Found myself pushing fairly hard. Ribs didn't bother me that much but legs tired.

Had the mental strength not to take the short-cut & chicken-out of the last couple of hills despite the pain. (Good!)
