Notes

2 sets of 4 hill loops - Coach changed the loop from last year, so it's longer. I mapped it to be about 540 meters accounting for the incline. The pain in my leg toned down a bit for this workout so it went pretty well. On the first set I got second behind Tanner, and on the second set I got third behind Tanner and Jake. I was second overall. Good workout.
