Easy day before the meet - the rest of the distance team did 6 laps but I only did 3. Afterwards, coach had a private presentation with the most elite members of the team. But trust me, when a dozen shirtless guys are spotted trekking through the streets of Oswego on bikes, with their blinding white skin reflecting rays of sunlight into the eyes of the bewildered citizens who dared look, this new program will no longer be private.
