Notes
This was not a good race. I was seeded 12th of 12 in my heat and finished 10th. I got out in the first mile as well as I ever have (5:10), but I couldn't finish. I'm not sure what went wrong. The only good thing from this race is that I beat Gavin. He wanted to break 10 minutes, so he went out really hard (5:01) and died on the last mile (5:48). Fortunately, I beat Thomas by a couple of seconds so I won't need to worry about losing my spot for Carlin Nalley.
