2 mile time trial. I felt better than I had expected but still pretty bad. I finished 6th behind Jake, Trevor, Mr. Incredible, Tanner and Bradley. There was a big gap in front of and behind me. Coach didn't say anything about the time trial results; he just went on a rant about ice baths, which didn't really apply to me. I think the real reason that the whole team is hurting is the increase in mileage. If I ran every mile this week in one direction, I would be a half-mile into Indiana by this point. No cool-down after this - thank goodness.
