My plan was to do 12 miles at 7:00-7:15 pace. I ended up going a little faster than that, but had to stop at mile 10, cause my stomach was really starting to bother me. I hadn't eaten for 3 hours before this, so I don't know what was wrong. I started running again after giving my stomach a rest, but by that point my legs had locked up, so I cut it short.
