Out and back down Eola. The first mile wasn't great. It felt like it did on Thursday. I stopped to stretch some more at the halfway point and felt really good after that. It still hurt whenever I had a bad step, but other than that, the second mile felt 90-95%. Hopefully I can work my way up to 3-4 miles, and sneak back into workouts. Once I get to workouts, I'm going to try to limit myself to 5 mile increments of grass miles each week. I think the major problem this summer was doing 20 grass miles during the first week. My ankles weren't ready for that.
