This was an awful work-out for me. I finished at or near last on every one. I didn't have my watch, so the times are just estimates. A lot of them were probably slower. I wasn't tired on any of them, but whenever I tried to go faster, my glutes started to hurt even more. Coach didn't even make me do the cool-down.
