I was dreading this 4x1k but it was actually really easy. We were supposed hit 3:40, 3:35, and 3:30 for the first 3 and go all out on the last one. Beans, our new starter, was not especially audible, but I must admit, his go's are much more enthusiastic than those of Milner. On the last one, I felt really heavy and got passed by Alex and Thomas.
