7 mile run the night before I do a 7 mile run at camp... yeah that was a dumb idea. I was planning on doing 5, but I felt good, so I kept going. I did this loop last year on the same day at 6:40 pace, so it was nice to dip under 6:30 pace. This run features several rare spottings, including Mrs. Fitzpatrick and Ryan Fluke himself. I also saw a firework, so yeah. Good run, but I'm going to regret this tomorrow morning.
