Notes

2 mile loop in Prescott Mills together and then 6 laps (5:30, 5:30, 5:00, 5:00, 4:30, 4:30) around the school. I had a really bad pain in my left calve that didn't go away until the third mile. By that point my quads were hurting really bad and I dropped during the 3rd school loop. I got slower and slower from there. I rolled my quads out last night but apparently it didn't make a difference. The calve pain came back after Thursday drills and it's worse than it was before. Icing, stretching, and rolling-out haven't helped. It doesn't make sense for coach to make us go from a 25 mile week to a 55-60 mile week. And now we're supposed to do a 2 mile time trial at PM run? No lifting today because we went late.
