Notes
Same warm-up as yesterday... my butt felt awful during this. I got dropped by almost everyone and pretty much limped the entire thing. Coach sent me to the elliptical once he found out, and that felt alright. I rolled out my butt with a lacrosse ball for ten minutes, and it didn't hurt at all afterwards. The pain is starting to come back, but at least now I can run normally. I'll take things easy tomorrow and roll out again, but I expect to be back in a few days.
