Notes

I felt pretty good on this. I was more loose than I've been in a while but my butt still felt a little tight. The skipping drills also felt good, but it took a long time to get through them all. Coach told us to line up in rows of four, but people kept starting early or doing the drills wrong. We had to start over twice and practice C-skips in place for a couple of minutes.
