Fartlek alternating between 4 minutes fast (sub 6:00) and 4 minutes slow (7:30-8:00). The fast intervals ended up being 5:41 average with the fastest one at 5:35 pace. The recovery was 7:38 pace. Overall a pretty good workout.
I'm gonna take tomorrow off and come back strong on Sunday. I'll have to start working in some grass workouts soon if I plan on doing XC club at UIUC - maybe start doubling as well.
