feeling very strong (posture/striking-wise) for almost all of the run. think the knee started to let me know it's there towards the end because I started to get tired (I think). definitely one of my better runs. still got some muscles to build. will alternate with flat / fast work where I adjust my hips beforehand. last run seemed to do me a lot of good.
