Notes

Felt surprisingly good on this run after taking a mile or so to warm up. Hopefully this lessens the shock of morning runs at camp this week! I had planned to get up earlier and stretch this run by about 2-3 miles but felt like the extra half hour of sleep was more important. This was a good week anyway, no need to force it.
