8x3min at 5:19 on treadmill at 1.5% incline, 1 min recovery at slow jog between reps. hard workout but not crazy hard. treadmill probably did me some favors as there was no opportunity to stop, plus treadmill is just generally easier than running. might have to take john's advice and make this a staple workout.
