Low key tempo miles. Earlier in the day planned on 5:55ish but then remembered I basically did that on the roads so opted for a hair faster. This was mostly relaxed and felt very smooth. Hip didn't bug me at all either. These shoes are getting a little old so I'll probably replace them in the next month or so. Really happy with how easy this was and I definitely had another rep or two in me. I'll plan on doing something similar next week, maybe a tiny bit more volume, before slowly building more in the new year.
