Ran before work! Patting myself on the back a little. Rough getting out of bed and kindof stiff getting started so I walked on the treadmill for 3-4 minutes before running. Didn't log it because walking isn't exercise everyone knows that.

Did 20 minutes easy starting at 8:30 pace down to 7:30, then did 5 60/60s alternating 6:30/7:40 with the last few at 6:00 pace. Just wanted to turn my legs over the tiniest bit today, I'm pretty sore still.
