Notes
Spent a few hours out walking with Liz in the Arcadia Management Area. We thought we were headed to Stepstone Falls but went the wrong way on the trail from the start. Still a really nice 4 hours outside. We had only planned for about 2 hours but it was so nice and we went way further than planned. Left me a bit tired so I decided to take the day off running. I probably would have needed to eat a light dinner, wait a bit and run at 9pm which didn't seem worthwhile.
