Was planning not to run today but then figured it was a nice day and I had time while Liz was at volleyball, so I texted Lucas. His calf is mostly better but he was still pretty cautious with it. Busy week coming up with the Wachusett dual meet, hosting district E relays and then going to a museum Sunday, but it should be a good one. Going to try to still get 5 runs, 2 workouts, 2 lifts in.
