Notes
A very steamy run with Austin and Liz after spending the afternoon at Mom's to get some Cabrita time in since she hasn't been doing well. Cabrita took us for a 15 minute walk in the 90 degree heat at noon and then we all snoozed a little after having lunch. This run was nice but I was feeling HOT for a lot of it. Good to chat with Austin and enjoy the first West Boylston rail trail run of the year. I could probably use a run like this every so often, but after doing this I'm reminded why I was in pretty good shape the whole time Austin and I lived together.
