Notes

way too sleepy to run after work, so took a nap, ate dinner and got to the gym at 9. warmed up a couple miles, then did 3x3min and 6x2min pickups at 6:00 with 1min recovery at 6:53 to spice things up a bit without a really taxing workout. I was happy to do a little bit of faster running at a relaxed pace
