Pretty solid run today. From the start I didn't feel as good as I did the last time I ran this workout, but it was manageable. I definitely felt some fatigue from lifting last week but very little. Took my last two recoveries as walking rest because I wanted to recover as much as possible without adding time or slowing the reps down. Had a bit more to give in the last rep, came through 800 in 2:37 or so. Getting there!

Ankle was good, slightly sore but not bad.
