Pretty good run tonight. Did PT and dynamics and stayed away from anything static or semi-static taking Mike's advice. Felt pretty good running, definitely feeling my ankles working and a little sore but now I think this is soreness from getting stronger much more than soreness from overuse of anything. This makes 3 days in a row of running which is cool. I'll take tomorrow off and run again Wednesday and Thursday and maybe Friday if things feel okay.
