First run in a while. My ankle felt pretty good but definitely not normal and there is some tenderness. I'm not sure if the tenderness is remaining soreness or if it's just fatigue/stress from being used and strengthened by PT exercises. Kept the run short to be safe and then went to the YMCA for some stairs.

Felt fairly rusty, and this was slow so it felt a little weird, but despite feeling okay I am really not sure how I'll feel tomorrow.
