Notes

Great run. Threw caution to the wind and ran a bunch of sub 6:20 miles on the way down to the reservoir. This run is primarily downhill for the first 5 miles which helped. After 8 miles when I was about to start climbing the steepest section I consciously chose to stop pushing, but that only last about a mile and then i started pushing a bit again. Really good run and just what I felt I could use one of these weeks. I will definitely be running this route again.
