5K at the Wayland Cross Country Festival. Splits were a little wacky with 5:24, 6:29, and 5:32 (+change) but I think that my second mile was probably a little faster considering how many sharp turns there were in that mile. Felt pretty good in the first mile, used the hills to make some passes in the second mile and really worked the last half mile to pass 4-5 runners. I was happy to be ahead of that GBTC dude Jarret Harrigan who typically beats me and to outkick 3 dudes in the last quarter. Not a super fast time but only 1-2 seconds slower than 3 years ago so not bad.
