Notes

Really solid long run. Kept the first 12 relaxed, with a few 6:40s thrown in on the major downhills, and then ran the last 3 at about 1/2 marathon pace (6:11, 6:15, 6:04) as some prep for next weekend. It was tough to run that pace on tired legs after doing essentially the all the climbing back up from West Boylston, but not impossible so hopefully that bodes well for next weekend.
