Wasn't sure I'd want to run after hiking the last couple days but this was actually great. Lucas was chilling and Ryan was hanging with his mom but Zoe was already out running when I started so I went out to join her on the same road we ran on a couple days ago. Got lots of comments and cheers from locals which was a little much but I think they only meant to be encouraging. It was almost constant. Saw at least one other runner who was in pants and long sleeves, which seems a bit crazy in almost 80 degree weather. Had a good time chatting with Zoe.
Had a surprise birthday cake after dinner that James arranged for at Ryan and Zoe's request. Probably the most exotic birthday I've had between the jungle hike and just being here at all.
