Notes

3 miles to warm up, then 20x20s on and 60s recovery run. I tried to keep the recovery at a pretty good pace, so my fartlek miles ended up being 6:13, 6:34, 6:37, 6:50. Didn't realize until now how much I slowed down over the course of that workout, but it definitely had the legs burning without having long intervals. This was a fun way to work on turnover.
