Long run with Jake, Kyle and Liz on the bike! Cool but very nice day for it. First long run in the Altras which I think went mostly well but I’ll see how my body feels tomorrow because there was probably some achilles stress the last couple miles. This felt slow at first but I probably would have started this run at too fast a pace so I’m glad we ran 7:30s
